We meet every Wednesday from 6–8 PM for supportive, beginner- friendly climbing sessions. All skill levels are welcome—we provide a safe space for women to learn, grow, and build community together
Who
we are
Leading Ladies is a women-led climbing community in Edmonton, Alberta focused on connection, confidence, and inclusivity in the outdoors.
We host weekly community meetups, seasonal outdoor climbs, and educational workshops that are intentionally inclusive and designed to lower barriers to entry—particularly cost, lack of gear, and limited representation in outdoor spaces. By prioritizing women-led instruction and BIPOC representation, Leading Ladies offers a space where women can grow as both climbers and leaders in the outdoors.
