Leading Ladies is a women-led climbing community in Edmonton, Alberta focused on connection, confidence, and inclusivity in the outdoors.

Our organization's mission is to inspire and empower women to learn how to safely and confidently rock climb in the mountains (or any outdoor setting).

This community was created to provide a supportive and encouraging space where all women, especially those from marginalized backgrounds such as BIPOC women, feel welcomed and empowered to explore the outdoors through rock climbing.
